Be amongst the first investors to access great deals uncovered by our experienced town planner and professional property buyer. You will receive an email alert outlining the latest opportunities. When a property appeals, contact us immediately and we will put our experience to work for you to negotiate your offer and secure the property on your terms.
Buyer Assistance
In addition to receiving alerts detailing our latest property finds, we will also assist you with properties you discover on your own. You will have access to a town planner and experienced buyer, by either email or phone, to discuss your property and its development potential. Don't under-estimate the value of this service - it will give you an edge on other less connected investors and might make the difference in securing a hot bargain. You won't pay any commissions for this service.
Education
You will also develop a keen eye for a deal with the knowledge and experience you will pick up from having access to our property alerts. Ideas, twists and turns that are revealed in our alerts will help you recognise deals on your own that might otherwise slip past your radar.

Your investment to become a fully subscribed Investigate Property Member is only $688 including GST for 12 months.

Furthermore, this membership fee is guaranteed to be value for money.
If at anytime within the first 12 months of joining we cannot locate a property that suits your criteria and you believe you are not getting excellent value for your money from our membership benefits, inform us of this and we will cheerfully refund your $688 investment in full within 2 business days no questions asked.
Commission
The commission payable on any properties we source for you is as recommended by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s commission structure, being 5% of the first $18,000 of the purchase price and 2.5% of the balance of the purchase price. Commission is only payable on settlement, which means we do not get paid until you own the property!
Membership Cap
To ensure a high quality of service to our clients we have limited the number of available memberships. Once a member, you will have the right of renewal for future years.
