Commission
The commission payable on any properties we source for you is  2.5% of the purchase price, plus GST.   Commission is only payable on settlement, which means we do not get paid until you own the property! Also note that when we crunch the numbers on any development sites we take our commission into account, so you know it works even after paying our fee.
