Cheeky Split
Often triangular blocks are difficult to work with. Throw in a dead-end street with no turning circle for garbage trucks, a train line and a feasibility that only works if the house is retained and you have a tricky site! Luckily we understood the rules and had the right team to support us. The result was a cheeky split, where the house was retained without needing to be shifted. After very minor works to it the house was sold for not a lot less than we paid for the parent parcel... with a vacant block sold separately for a tidy profit.
