Slide, Raise, Renovate and Subdivide

This project involved a development application for lots smaller than the rules allowed, but were suitable in context of the surrounding land mix. The house needed to be retained so the overall project involved a subdivision application, sliding of the existing house to one side, restumping and renovating. The vacant land was on-sold and the house refinanced and retained as a cash neutral investment.
